This product is shipped without fuel due to transportation regulations. Bioethanol (bio ethanol fuel) is required for use. Do not use gasoline, thinner, rubbing alcohol, or gel fuels.Using the correct fuel ensures optimal performance and safe use.

Is this product really safe? Can I use it at home with peace of mind?
Yes. A ventless fireplace that runs on bioethanol fuel and produces no smoke or soot. Since it is an open-flame product, it is suitable for indoor use as long as basic safety rules are followed. Tabart has designed this product with controlled flame height, heat-resistant glass, and a special concrete body.
What is Bioethanol? Is it harmful to health?
Bioethanol is a colorless, clean-burning liquid fuel obtained through the fermentation of sugar- or starch-based organic materials. Unlike traditional wood or gas fuels: ✔ It burns without smoke, soot, or odor, so it does not produce serious combustion by-products indoors. ✔ It provides a clean, odorless flame and leaves no carbon black or residue. ✔ Combustion by-products are mainly water vapor and very low levels of CO₂ (there are no harmful by-products like those from wood or tar). ✔ Bioethanol fuels are generally sold as “safe for indoor use”, however, as with any flammable fuel, gases produced during combustion are not ideal in completely enclosed spaces, so good ventilation is recommended.
Does the glass or concrete get damaged over time with long-term use?
No. The glass is a special heat-resistant glass and does not crack or shatter when used correctly. The concrete body is a custom-made mixture, different from standard construction concrete, and is specifically produced for high temperature resistance. Minor surface variations that may occur over time are completely natural and cosmetic and do not affect the product’s performance.
What should I pay attention to while using it?
Adding fuel during burning: This is the most critical rule. Never add fuel while the fireplace is burning or still hot. Always wait until the fireplace has completely gone out and cooled down before refueling. Flat surface: Place the fireplace on a stable, vibration-free, and flat surface. Avoid table edges or areas where there is a risk of tipping over. Flammable materials: Do not keep flammable items such as curtains, paper, or plastic within at least 1 meter (3.3 ft) around the fireplace.
